Celtic have reportedly been watching Bristol City striker Antoine Semenyo as the 22-year old continues to impress in the English Championship.
According to reports from Bristol World, Craig Strachan, son of former Celtic manager Gordon Strachan, recently visited the Ashton Gate Stadium to watch Semenyo against Reading.
The 22-year old striker recently picked up the EFL Championship player of the month award and continued his good performances into February, scoring what ended up being the winner in the 2-1 win on Wednesday night.

The report also mentions that with his impressive displays down south, the frontman continues to gain admirers by the week, so could Celtic be looking to make an early move for the young striker?
Semenyo’s current deal at Bristol City runs until the summer of 2023, so in just a few months, he will have a year left on his current contract, which could open up the opportunity of a sale.
Although the reported asking price is supposedly in the regions of £15 million, which would almost instantly role out Celtic in the running for the striker.
It will certainly be interesting to see if this deal goes any further down the line, with Celtic showing their early interest in the player by taking in Wednesday’s game.
