According to reports today and reiterated by Romanian journalist Emanuel Rosu, Celtic are closing on on a deal for Bilel Ormani.
The Cluj striker stuck two past Celtic at Parkhead a few weeks back and has apparently caught the attention of Neil Lennon as a result.
The Celtic manager spoke earlier this summer about bringing in a fourth striker and could Bilel be Set to swap Romania for Scotland?
BREAKING: According to Romanian paper GSP, Celtic is going to sign CFR forward Bilel Omrani by the end of the week. Price: € 3.3m

The French forward came through the youth ranks at Marseille and was eventually released in the 16/17 season. Cluj picked Ormani up on a free transfer and he’s been playing for the Romanian Champions since.
Cluj crashes out of the Champions League this week and have dropped into the Europa League as a result. The player would fancy the move a lot more after his club failed to get passed Prague.
Celtic still have to qualify for the Europa League in Sweden this evening. If a disaster happened there would likely be no appetite from the Celtic board to bring in a fourth striker so any move could depend on the result in Stockholm.
