Celtic are in a battle to sign Rapid Vienna winger Isak Jansson, with several clubs submitting big-money offers for the Swedish winger.
According to Sky Sports Austria’s Eric Niederseer, Rapid have received bids worth several million euros for the 23-year-old.

Brendan Rodgers is looking to bring in another wide player after the £17 million sale of Nicolas Kühn to Serie A side Como. With Jota also ruled out until 2026 due to injury, reinforcements are badly needed out wide.
The Swede joined Rapid permanently last year after a loan spell from Spanish side Cartagena. He had a strong season, scoring nine goals and setting up six more, helping Rapid reach the quarter-finals of the UEFA Conference League.
His pace, direct style, and ability to play on either wing have made him a target for clubs including Lazio, Fiorentina, and Paris FC.
Celtic have already signed Benjamin Nygren from FC Nordsjælland this summer, but Rodgers wants another option in the wide areas. The club know they’ll have to move fast if they want to beat the competition to Jansson’s signature.
Jansson is under contract with Rapid until 2028, so the Austrian side are in a strong position. But with serious money being offered, they could be tempted to cash in.

Celtic will likely need to put in a strong bid if they’re to land their man.
The next few weeks will be important as the Hoops decides whether to step up their efforts or look elsewhere. For now, Jansson remains one to watch in what’s becoming a busy summer window.
