CeltsAreHere exclusively revealed earlier that the forward was set for tests, and it was previously confirmed by Mark Hendry that the Welsh striker has successfully come through that stage of the deal.

Osmand was reportedly spotted at Lennoxtown earlier today, with reports from The Celtic Way suggesting that the final stages of his transfer from Fulham are complete, and only the official club announcement remains.
The striker is out of contract, and although Fulham reportedly offered him a new deal, Osmand has opted for a new challenge in Glasgow. As a result, Celtic will only need to pay a development fee, a similar arrangement to the one that brought Moussa Dembélé to the Bhoys from Craven Cottage back in 2016.
Osmand turned heads last season with Fulham’s U21s, scoring 11 times and providing four assists across 22 appearances in all competitions. His consistency in front of goal at youth level has reportedly convinced the Celtic recruitment team that he’s ready to make the next step.
The 19-year-old’s arrival is expected to bolster competition in Celtic’s forward line, with Adam Idah and Daizen Maeda the current senior options in that role. Osmand’s presence could, however, lead to movement for Johnny Kenny, who featured during the second half of last season. The Irish striker may now seek regular football elsewhere, with a loan or transfer likely to be on the cards.

With his medical passed and agreement in place, Celtic are now on the brink of confirming Osmand’s arrival. The move reflects a continued focus on identifying emerging talent and improving squad depth for next season.
