Celtic are heading into the final hours of the transfer window with multiple deals in motion, as Brendan Rodgers looks to strengthen key areas of his squad.
According to journalist Anthony Joseph, the club are working on as many as four signings today, with attacking reinforcements top of the list.
Talks are ongoing for Denmark striker Kasper Dolberg, while wide players Jesurun Rak-Sakyi and Sebastian Tounekti are also on the club’s radar. A fourth forward option is being explored, and may come through a loan or late offer before the deadline.
Rodgers made it clear following Sunday’s 0-0 draw at Ibrox that his side lacked the pace and creativity needed to break teams down. With Celtic failing to register a shot on target until well after the hour mark, urgency has grown around bringing in players who can make a difference in the final third.
On the outgoing front, Adam Idah is on the verge of joining Swansea City in a £7 million deal. The Irish striker is currently in Wales completing the final stages of his medical, and an official announcement is expected shortly. Idah made a strong impression during his loan spell at Celtic Park but now looks set for a fresh start in the Championship.
Hyun-jun Yang is also close to the exit door. The South Korean winger is awaiting Celtic’s approval to travel to Birmingham City, where a £3 million+ move is lined up. Talks have progressed, and only final confirmation is needed to wrap up the deal.

Defenders Hayato Inamura and Stephen Welsh could also depart before the window shuts, with both players attracting loan interest.
With time ticking down, Celtic’s recruitment team are under pressure to deliver. The next few hours will be crucial in shaping Rodgers’ squad for the season ahead.
