With the winter transfer window having slammed shut two weeks ago, one player is reportedly set to undergo a trial at Celtic.
Celtic did come out of the transfer window a striker down, and this has led to the Hoops scouting a number of forwards, with one promising player set to be looked at.

Belfast Live report that Cliftonville U20s striker Shay Reid is set to return on trial to Celtic, having previously spent a week in Glasgow with the Hoops last summer alongside teammate Ryan Corrigan, playing for the club’s U18s.
They also report that head Celtic scout Jay Lefevre recently watched Reid in action for Cliftonville, with the Irish striker captaining his side in a 4-1 win against Glentoran U20s, scoring a brace.
Reid’s scoring numbers have been consistently impressive, with 27 so far this season and 36 last season. His 27 goals for Cliftonville’s U16s last year led to promotion to higher age groups.
Reid has also been on standby for Northern Ireland’s U17 squads; however, the Republic of Ireland is also said to be monitoring his progress over the next six months.
