Celtic has set its sights on securing Portuguese winger Tiago Araujo during the upcoming January transfer window, according to reports. The 22-year-old, currently with Estoril, has made a notable impact, displaying flexibility in playing both as a wing-back and in forward positions.
Araujo, a former teammate of Jota and Paulo Bernardo at Benfica B, has shown considerable improvement this season. His contributions include two goals and three assists in 16 appearances, surpassing his previous season’s tally at Estoril.
