Celtic are just off the back of securing their eleventh Scottish Premiership title in twelve years and their second in two seaons under Ange Postecoglou.
This season, the Bhoys have been relentless. In the league, they’ve lost just one match throughout the campaign and it is fair to say they have came back ‘bigger and better’, living up to their manager’s adage from the end of 2021/22.
And when a team is in such form as Celtic have been, there is inevitably going to
be a number of players who stand out and gain the adoration of other clubs.
One of which is Carl Starfelt and according to Sky Sports, there are a number of teams interested in the Swede from the Premier League and across Europe.
This news comes as no surprise as in 2022/23, Starfelt has failed to put a foot wrong at any point.
The 27 year old has been a key clog in Postecoglou’s team throughout the past two seasons and despite the wealth of interest in him, the Australian will be hoping he can keep hold of Starfelt a little while longer.
