According to 90min.com, Jack Hendry has already signed a deal to take him away from the club before the Euros.
Hendry was a bit-part player at Celtic and was sent out on loan with not much consideration about his future. The Hoops even agreed to a first option clause with Oostende which would see the club recoup what they paid for Jack when they signed him from Dundee.
The ‘exclusive’ report by 90 minute claims the Belgian club have triggered the option and Jack has signed the deal but only so they can cash in on him and not Celtic.
90min say the Belgian club are conducting a bidding war and hope to flip the defender this summer for a huge profit.
The way the last 12 months have gone at Celtic, you wouldn’t bet against this being the case.
Jack has made a name for himself in the Belgian top flight and could move to a club higher up the league.
Right now, the club have not confirmed whether or not the deal has gone through.
