According to reports on Saturday evening, Celtic are closing in on a deal for longterm target and Bayern Munich youngster, Christopher Scott.
Celtic have been scouting the 19-year-old for quite some time and Christopher has been weighing up his options with his opportunities at Bayern limited.
GhanaSoccer.net is reporting the deal is now close to completion four the midfielder and Celtic will pay the German giants just £250k to secure Scott’s signing – which is likely to be a UEFA imposed fee.

The Ghanaian born Scott has made two appearances for Bayern first team — those coming two seasons ago before being frozen out.
Celtic are looking to bring in some quality players to help with their Champions League push. Ange Postecoglou wants quality players in the door but the Australian also wants the right kind of characters inside his dressing room.
If things are so far down the line, you have to imagine Ange is confident on Christopher.
The bhoys are due back at Lennoxtown at the end of June where preparation will ramp up ahead of the new season. Ange and his players are enjoying some time off for those who aren’t out on international duty.
Christopher coming in looks like it would be a good addition.
Could the 19-year-old become Celtic’s first summer signing?
