Reports on Saudis Arabia claim Al Ittihad are about to send former Celtic star out ON LOAN, just a month after his move to the club.
SunSport cite reports from Saudis Arabia that Al Ittihad are looking to bring in another superstar signing and will sacrifice Jota on loan to facilitate the move.
It would be an incredible twist in this transfer after Jota left Celtic for mega bucks.
Al Ittihad are flush with cash but they also have to adhere to financial rules and there were murmurings Jota might not have been able to be registered straight away to play.
The Portuguese winger has made three appearances so far, but if reports are to be believed, he could soon find himself with another club.
It does still seem a bit far fetched and who would be willing to match or even partially pay the reported wages Jota is on to facilitate a loan deal.
We’ll keep an eye on this one, but if they fancy throwing him back to Celtic, we’ll reluctantly accept!
