Reo Hatate has met Shunsuke Nakamura as he celebrates his 44th birthday on Friday.

Reo is currently in Japan resting up before returning to Glasgow for pre-season.

The pair were photographed out for a meal, with the birthday Bhoy sharing some stories with the January signing. Most likely, Nakamura will have talked about the Champions League atmosphere that Hatate will play through in just a couple of months’ time.

The Best is Still to Come

Last season, Hatate was clearly tired but the manager believed the team was better with the new bhoy on the pitch.

With a rest under his belt, Hatate will be a terrific player for Celtic next season, having shown the fans what he’s capable of in his first few months at the club.
