Rangers Journalist Makes Celtic Hand Ball Accusation

Rangers reporter for the Athletic, Jordan Campbell has accused Celtic players of intentionally trying to hit the ball off their opponents hand to win penalties and has cited both the Hearts incident last week and the Livingston handball given by VAR.

Celtic got their first domestic penalty since APRIL, and their first of the season against Livingston on Sunday. It’s quite an incredible stat considering how Celtic play and the possession we have inside our opponents area.

Nonetheless, Campbell has taken to social media to moan about Celtic getting a penalty for a handball and wants the rules looked at after the Hoops got their first penalty in six months. It’s incredible.

Giakoumakis stepped up and missed his second penalty against Livingston since joining the club. The bhoys still managed to run out 3-0 winners in the end to maintain their four point gap at the top of the table.

Accusing Celtic players of trying to play the system, inferring they’re basically cheating is quite incredible and shows the deep scars caused by Ange’s resurgent Celtic side since the Australian took over the club.

Jordan’s lack of objectivity and delusional post is why he should go and continue to write about the club he supports and leave the rest of Scottish football alone.
