Popular English pundit and presenter Guy Mowbray praised Celtic for their marketing genius this week when it came to their Christmas ad.
The annual advert went down really well with the Celtic support – it was funny and heart warming.
Mowbray prefixed his post by saying ‘Rangers fans look away now’ because he was recently targeted by online trolls of the Ibrox club after a visit to Celtic Park.
It looks like the Celtic ad hasn’t just captured the imagination of the Celtic support but people beyond that. Guy acknowledging Bertie Auld in his tweet also.
It’s become something Celtic fans look forward to seeing and because the players are involved, it’s a great bonding experience for everyone.
The Christmas Ad last year looked a lot different with so much player turnover and Neil Lennon as the manager. The restrictions last Christmas also limited what the club could do.
A lot of work goes into the ad and Celtic’s multimedia team should be delighted by the way it turned out.
