Scott Brown’s start at Fleetwood has been up and down. The Celtic legend is trying to find his managerial feet as he heads up the English side.
On Tuesday evening, Broony and Fleetwood earned a big result away from home against Burton.
The game ended 1-0 and when the whistle went at the end of the match, Brown’s relief at picking up the three points was palpable.
Fleetwood are currently 12th in League 2, with 15 points on the board. It’s a tight league; a few wins in the bounce and you could find yourselves up towards the top of the table.
The game on Tuesday was just Brown’s third league win in eleven. The former Celtic captain has drawn six and only lost two. He’ll be looking to turn more draws into wins, and Tuesday was the start.
Brown left Celtic over a year ago for Aberdeen. The move up north didn’t work out. Scott didn’t see out the season with the Dons after the manager was sacked.

Brown is very competitive and is looking to earn his stripes in the management game. Hopefully, there are more wins on the way for Fleetwood.
