Kieran Tierney has constantly been linked with a move back to Celtic after his Arsenal career started to decline.

His transfer to Arsenal in 2019 left Celtic fans lamenting the loss of one of their finest homegrown talents. Yet, with his stint at Real Sociedad signalling at a disconnect with Arsenal’s current plans under Mikel Arteta, rumours of a possible return to Celtic Park are gaining traction.
However, you have to admit, it all is just a fantasy at the moment.
Tam McManus, speaking to PLZ Soccer, expressed a strong belief that Tierney’s heart remains with Celtic, suggesting a return could be on in the future:
“I think he will finish his career at Celtic. I don’t when it will be. Whether he wants to come back now in the peak of his career, I am not sure.
“His heart is at Celtic. He had to go, obviously Arsenal and the money that was on offer, but I think he will come back at some point and finish his career at Celtic.”
Celtic will be in the market for a left-back this summer, with only one senior player natural to that position currently at the club. Whoever comes in will look to challenge Greg Taylor for the starting place, but it’s doubtful that the current leftback will see his Scottish international teammate go toe-to-toe to him.
