Powerful Celtic Park Picture Emerges After Hearts Loss

Celtic lost out by two goals to nil at home to Hearts on Saturday afternoon. It was a damming defeat for all involved with the club.

Throughout and after the game, the supporters voiced their frustrations. ‘Sack the board’ chants could be heard, along with inherent boos at both half-time and full-time.

And from this afternoon’s match, a powerful picture emerged. As the game went on and the fans began to realise their team weren’t going to take anything from it and eventually lose, they understandably became frustrated.

In the main stand where the board are seated, there were noticeable annoyances. Indeed, one fan was pictured standing up to the club’s hierarchy:


This image is undoubtedly powerful, and it shows the frustrations among the majority of the supporters. As significant as the ‘sack the board’ chants were, the picture of the man standing up to the board was equally as moving.
