Celtic travel to Dingwall on Sunday to face Ross County and after Ange Postecoglou delivered an eagerly awaited injury update to fans, we now have a good idea of who is and who is not available for the crucial Premiership tie.
The likes of Reo Hatate, Liel Abada, James Forrest and Anthony Ralston will be unavailable for the trip to the Highlands whilst Aaron Mooy and Tomoki Iwata are ‘touch and go’.
Postecoglou said he doesn’t see Mooy and Iwata being too far away therefore Sunday’s game could be the ideal opportunity for the Japanese to make his maiden start in Hoops.
Iwata has always impressed in the cameos he’s made up to this point, spraying the ball about with accuracy and being not afraid to get stuck into tackles.

Should he play from the beginning, Iwata’s presence would allow for captain Callum McGregor to play slightly further forward.
The 2022 J. League MVP would slot in amply at the base of midfield with the aforementioned McGregor, and potentially O’Riley, Turnbull or Mooy, playing ahead of him.
It will be intriguing to see who makes the cut for Celtic on Sunday. Desptie injury troubles, the strength in depth of Ange Postecoglou’s squad means he has dilemmas all over the park.
The predicament of whether or not to hand Iwata his first start is just one.
