The Australian has not been seen since signing for the club back in July. An injury early on after signing set the winger back massively. Once he got over the injury, Brendan Rodgers made it clear the player had a ways to go to keep up with Celtic training.
After turning out for Australia under 23s over the past couple of weeks, Marco has earned a place on the bench and could make his debut this afternoon!
Alistair Johnston also starts on the bench due to only returning from the other side of the world on Friday having just one training session with the hoops.
Palma gets another start today but will miss out on Tuesday night in Rome due to suspension.
It’s a big day for Holm to really make the midfield slot his own in Hatate’s absence.
