Poll Results: 4000 Celts Have Their Say on Glasgow Derby Decision

Celtic will take on their Glasgow rivals for the final time this season at Celtic Park on Sunday and with two top strikers to choose from on the day, fans have been having their say on who they think should start up front.

Ange Postecoglou has brought Celtic to the brink of a famous title victory if they can win two of their final four games. A win against The Rangers on Sunday would expedite the process.

With that in mind, who will Ange start up top for the game?

We put it to fans after much debate on social media. Posting on our Instagram story. [@HereCelts]

The results are in and there’s a clear winner!

Over 4000 fans took part in the poll.

Giakoumakis has started the two Glasgow derbies Celtic have won and it’s where many fans are looking when they’ve made their choice.

On the flip side of things; Kyogo was played wide left in the Ibrox defeat earlier in the season, he was injured for both home and away games we won and he wasn’t match fir or sharp coming on as a sub in the Hampden semi-final. The Japanese striker’s movement and ability to creat chaos shouldn’t be underestimated – that’s why I thought this poll would be a lot closer. It’s a solid sample size.

Ultimately, it’s a great problem to have and whoever Ange gives the nod to on the day the Celtic fans will respect.
