With Celtic’s fixtures for the 2024/25 season now officially confirmed, excitement is building ahead of the new campaign.
The Bhoys kick off their title defence at home to Kilmarnock on Sunday, August 4th but before then, they have an enticing pre-season to contend with.
A trip to Ayr United lies in wait next Friday as the Hoops finally return to action. Ahead of the visit to Somerset Park, some Celts have today made their way back to Lennoxtown.
The likes of Kyogo Furuhashi, Scott Bain, Gustaf Lagerbielke, and Nicolas Kuhn were all pictured driving into the training ground:

The only players returning to training this week are those who weren’t on international duty over the summer.
Others who were – such as Callum McGregor, Liam Scales, and Reo Hatate – won’t be back for a while yet.
Despite this, the team that faces Ayr next week looks like it’ll be a relatively strong one which may include the likes of Kyogo, Matt O’Riley, Kuhn, and Tomoki Iwata.
