He is a 6ft2 25yo right-footed, right-sided CB.

Would he be a good signing for Celtic? What does the data say?

An initial glance at the radar chart suggests Pawel isn’t a standout.

I decided to compare with Celtic CBs in a defensive and offensive template to generate a clearer picture.

Defensively and Aerially, Dawidowicz appears to be far off the standards expected at Celtic. I imagine some data issues come from him playing in a much more difficult league. I’d still expect better in these base stats shown though. Perhaps his game is one of passing?

Here I think shows he is good on the ball. He is making passes to the final 3rd for a mid-table team in a harder league at the same rate Celtic do when they are dominant. Like most CBs he doesn’t ball carry a lot. Ajer a real gem at this.

Final thoughts

After a quick glance, it’s hard to determine if Dawidowicz would be right for Celtic.

There are flaws visible that would make me wary, especially defensively. If the transfer fee was high, it would be a no from me based on poor defensive data regardless if he’s a ball player.
