PATRICK ROBERTS has made the startling revelation that he has not spoken to Manchester City boss Pepe Guardiola since rejoining the club this summer.
The tricky winger spent two and half years on-loan to Celtic before heading back to Manchester this summer in the hope of quickly sorting out his future.

He looked poised to sign for Leicester City earlier in the window but that looks to have fallen through.
The midfielder is stuck in limbo at the moment and has told the media he has yet to speak to his manager.
Speaking to the Manchester News, he said:
No (I’ve not spoken to Guardiola), I’m just here to train, work hard and get my fitness up,” Roberts said. “We’ll see what happens.
“I know the window closes soon. If something happens before then, great. We’ll have to see what happens. I can’t really say anything. We’ll have to see what’s best for me. But right now, I don’t know. We’ll see.”
When asked about the possibility of rejoining Celtic this summer the Englishman didn’t rule it out.
“Obviously I said at the end of the season that I spent a good two and a half years there and my time was brilliant,” he added. “You never know in football.
“I’ve said before that I could end up back there at some point but right now I’m just looking at what’s best for me and best for my future.”
