REPORTS down south today suggest Patrick Roberts is currently holding up the deal between Man City and Leicester for Mahrez.

The former Celtic winger has been included in a deal at Leicester’s request as City look to finally get the man they’ve been chasing since last season.

The reports in England claim Roberts representatives are still negotiating a deal with the Leicester and are not there yet, while the Mahrez side of things seems to be sorted.

Celtic tried and failed with a £10million bid last season for the tricky midfielder, who eventually rejoined on-loan.

Roberts made the decision late last season that he would head back to the Premier League next term and try and prove himself there.

It looks like it will be at Leicester unless things drastically change.
