Palma Accidentally Channels Ange Postecoglou – Celtic Quietly Leave It Out

Celtic were 4-1 victors at Tynecastle on Sunday thanks to strikes from Matt O’Riley, Daizen Maeda, Kyogo, and Tomoki Iwata. It was a win in which the Hoops kept up their hot form and seven-point lead at the top of the table.

All over the park, there were impressors in green and white. Many men continued on with their hot form, one of which being winger Luis Palma.

The Honduran internationalist played a sublime ball over the top of the Hearts’ defence for O’Riley’s opener. He posted on Instagram post-match, bringing back a well-known phrase within the Celtic community:

As can be seen, Palma captioned his post with ‘We never stop’. Supporters will remember these iconic three words from Ange Postecoglou’s tenure as Hoops gaffer.

Indeed the Aussie made this phrase his trademark, and few thought they would hear it again after he departed.

On Instagram Celtic reposted all of the players posts on the platform with their taglines on Sunday evening, but when reposting Palma, they left the tagline out! Someone at the club is still not over Ange!
