Ange Postecoglou is still feeling his way through things at Celtic but for many fans, there’s one glaring error he’s been making that many want to see rectified.

Celtic are short of options in defence and the manager has often to play the Israeli any time he’s been available. He let us down with a silly red card in the Champions League and he’s looked off the pace against Hearts and Jablonec.
It beggars belief that nearly every time we start a new season we’re having to rely on Nir who is a back up at best. While Stephen Welsh might not be the full time answer right now, so many supporters want to see Stephen grow and develop while Celtic find a new centre-back to pair with Carl Starfelt.
Nir has been decent for Celtic over the years but he could cost us again if Ange persists with him. The new Celtic boss has not got as wide a coverage of Nir as Celtic fans when it comes to some of his fatal flaws.
Bring Welsh back into the side at Bitton’s expense but really, let’s hurry up and go get another centre-back.
