Yes, I have too much time on my hands! Before anybody asks.
Today I’m dissecting the Celtic renewal campaign as it kicks off for the potential ten in a row season ahead.
A cause. A culture. A calling. Is the line for this years campaign but in essence, if Celtic get nine in a row and match Jock Stein’s team, there will be no need for slogans or bargaining.
Celtic fans will buy into the fact we’re on the cusp of history and not need anything else.
One thing I did notice throughout all the ads and banners today to start the renewal campaign – there were three stripes prevalent on the graphics.

What does that mean? Well, if you’re a normal person, probably nothing.
If you’re me, Celtic are clearly giving you a hint about their next sponsor…
Adidas.
The brand and its iconic three stripes are rumoured to be Celtic’s next kit manufacturer as cited by Footy Headlines in December.
Is this a subtle hint? Had they put three Adidas looking stripes on the branding, it would have been to overt before an official announcement.
