Before the disappointing defeat in the Glasgow Derby the bhoys were looking to do business in the January transfer window.
Expectations have gone from players coming into supplement the squad to supporters actively looking for a big reaction from the board.
The one signing that comes to mind which makes a lot of sense and could be within the realms of possibility is Victor Wanyama. He’s an outcast at Spurs, Pochettino didn’t use him and now Jose Mourinho is not utilising the Kenyan. His number looks up in a Tottenham jersey and Celtic could be doing with his services for the second half of the season.
He’s a signing that makes sense not for just the on-field presence and talent he has but it would give the whole club a boost. A marquee man to lift us in the new year.
Celtic are by no means a bad team overnight but the two Glasgow Derby games show in December they could be doing with some help.
