It’s been confirmed by the head of Sport Bild Jesse Marsch will NOT be the next Celtic manager.

Marsch is flattered by the interest but he will not be available to take over this summer and has ruled himself out of a move to Celtic FC.

There was a real buzz about Celtic fans this week after quotes dropped from the man himself suggested he’d be open to a move to Parkhead. However, the manager says his time at Salzburg is not yet over.

Celtic are still on the hunt for the next man in charge and fans want to see someone who can come in and create a real winning culture that extends to youth players.

Fans are none the wiser on who will be the next Celtic boss at this point in time.

But it looks like we know who it won’t be, which is unfortunate.
