NIR BITTON celebrated his birthday a day late because of the game against St Mirren on Wednesday night but looked like he had a blast around close family and friends at a private dinner.

The Israeli had Celtic duo Tom Rogic and Hatem Elhamed at the dinner with big Tam planted right beside his Celtic teammate for the festivities.

The pair were both signed by Neil Lennon the first time around as Celtic manager and have been at the club for a long time. It’s not surprise they have become good friends while other players have come and gone.

There was a fight group of Celtic players until the summer when Boyata and Lustig both left this particular group. Tom and Nir sticking about and the midfielder brining his international teammate into the fold.

Nir is about to enter the last six months of his Celtic deal and his future at this point is unclear.
