January signing Nicolas Kuhn has taken a dig at Rangers for their premature celebrations in his debut Glasgow Derby.

Kuhn, who joined Celtic from Rapid Vienna in a £3 million deal in January, quickly experienced the fierce rivalry of the Glasgow Derby. It came at Ibrox, with 50,000 Rangers fans in attendance while away supporters were locked out.
The match ended in a 3-3 draw, and Kuhn observed that the Rangers’ celebrations seemed over the top. At the time, they were, but looking back you saw just how over the top they were.
The point actually suited Celtic more than it did Rangers. With the way things stood at the time, Rangers would’ve had to go to Celtic Park and win, with Celtic unbeaten in the first three derbies of the season.
Obviously, with how their games at Dundee and Rodd County played out, Celtic extended their lead in the Parkhead derby.
Nicolas Kuhn looked back at the celebrations after the 3-3 draw, calling out the home side’s post-match celebrations. He said, as quoted by T Online, “In my first derby against Rangers, I was in the starting eleven. We played away at Ibrox. In the first ten minutes of a game like that, you can hardly breathe. But we quickly took a 2-0 lead. The atmosphere at that moment was indescribable. You had to be there to understand it.
“It ended 3-3 and afterwards they celebrated as if they were already champions. But after that we dominated the league, played great games and got all the points we could. And then there was the derby at Celtic Park.”
