Nicolas Kuhn is optimistic about the upcoming season at Celtic and is eager to demonstrate his full potential after a challenging start.

The 24-year-old German winger, who joined Celtic from Rapid Vienna in January, encountered initial fitness hurdles, notably losing over a stone due to complications from wisdom teeth surgery. This setback limited his early appearances and affected his form.
Despite these challenges, Kuhn managed to score three goals and provide three assists in the latter part of the season. As Celtic gears up for the new season, he is focused on achieving peak fitness and contributing more consistently on the pitch.
The message from the manager has been consistent though, setting out to win all three domestic trophies next season.
“For the team, it’s going to be the same targets as last year,” he said to Celtic TV. “We want to win every trophy.
“And for me personally, of course I want to show everyone what I can do.
“The beginning was quite difficult coming in, of course. At the end I was feeling good, I came more into the team, connected with everyone. I’m happy to have a full pre-season, though.
“The biggest problem I had was that the fitness was not on the level. So now we’re working on it and hopefully it’s going to be perfect for the start of the season.
“I had a couple of good games, but I have to show that every game, so that’s the main thing.”
Celtic fans will be hoping to see the best from Khun next season, on a more consistent basis, as he hopes to do. He’s shown glimpses of promise, but now it’s about showing that week in and week out.
