NEWCASTLE have made an enquiry over Celtic midfielder, Olivier Ntcham, it has emerged.
According to Sky Sports, the English Premier League club want to take the player on loan for the rest of the season.
However, CeltsAreHere understands the club are open to moving Olivier on this month but would prefer a permanent deal.
Oli has not featured much this season and we understand the player would like to leave the club as soon as possible.
Unless the loan deal has an obligation to buy in the summer, it could prove tricky to move the player on this month.
Celtic’s whole squad looks like it will go through major surgery this summer with so many of the main players over the past three or four years moving on.
Oli has been a good player for Celtic at times but he has been inconsistent.
If Celtic can get a decent fee for the former Manchester City player, they will certainly sell.
