Prominent football website FootyHeadlines has CONFIRMED the leaked Celtic top doing the rounds over the bank holiday weekend is in-fact the new away jersey.
An image had popped up online on Monday with many speculating about its origin and if it was even real. The football kit site were keen to stress this was definitely the newest New Balance Celtic shirt submission.
They Wrote: “This is the new Celtic 2019-20 away shirt.
“The Celtic 19-20 away kit is predominantly yellow, based on the New Balance 2019-2020 shirt template.

“Celtic’s 2019-20 away jersey has the same collar as the new Porto home, while the shoulders and top of the sleeves is coloured in green with a subtle tartan print.”
FootyHeadlines are always on the money with their leaks and know exactly when the real deal comes their way.
The shirt seems to be paying homage to the of bright yellow effort back during the Martin O’Neill era and the same season Celtic got to the UEFA Cup final. If you put the NTL sponsor on instead of Dafabet, the lower half of the top would look very similar to the 2002 jersey.
New Balance have always split opinion with their kits and this one will be no different. Like many leaked shirts, there’s a ground swell of criticism before a lot of fans start to come around to the design. It’s a bit different to say the least and is quite the opposite of the very trendy white shirt with the Celtic cross from this season.
