Another day with yet more rumours of Kieran Tierney’s Celtic departure.

While Celtic fans hold their breath and debate the pros and cons of the player leaving the club – a noteworthy development has come to light.

It would appear Everton are on the brink of landing a left-sided centre back who can also play left back from Rennes.

According to reports down south and in France, Everton look set to seal a £13million move for the 23-year-old.

If this deal goes through it could well put an end to the constant Tierney speculation with the club covering that position.

Reports yesterday claimed Kieran Tierney has been offered 80kplus per week wages to sign for the Goodison Park side.
