Celtic look to be taking care of some transfer business right up to the time that the window closes. While all eyes are on the Celtic Park entrance for new players it is wise to pay attention to any outgoing transfers.

There have been some unnerving reports of interest in Edouard, Celtic’s Europa League opponents Lazio are said to be keen on the French man.

But today it looks like Anthony Ralston to be one of those players heading out of Paradise. The young right-back might have felt he had a chance in the first team this season with the departures of Lustig and Gamboa. Now, according to Record Sport, Ralston looks to be joining the departed instead with a loan move to St Johnstone.

With the arrival of new signings Elhamed and Moritz Bauer this move makes sense for everyone.

With one young right wing-back leaving it is looking likely Celtic will sign a young left-back in the next 24 hours in the shape of Kilmarnock’s Greg Taylor. As we said earlier Neil Lennon is looking to get busy in the final few days of this transfer window.
