NEIL LENNON has refused to confirm or deny reports that Odsonne Edouard could be close to signing a new deal with Celtic.
Reports on Sunday night claimed the club was pursuing a deal with their main striker which would see him earn a bumper new deal.
The caveat being Celtic would allow him to leave in 15 months or so time after the end of the 2021 campaign.
Celtic fans know Eddy isn’t going to be here forever but many would like to see him help go for the ten if we wrap up number nine in the next few months.
If the deal’s close to happening, Neil Lennon isn’t giving anything away. Although, he doesn’t outright deny anything.

Neil Lennon watched his team go through to the semi final of the Scottish Cup on Sunday and will need his top striker to bang in the goals between now and the end of this term.
If we can get a deal done it would give the club and fan base a major boost.
