NEIL LENNON has returned to punditry duties after he was sacked from his latest job in Cyprus.

The former Celtic manager has been quite outspoken in recent months, particularly when reflecting on his latest few years in charge of the Hoops.
The Northern Irishman has recently been praised for Postecoglou’s Celtic, especially after the side dropped points on just one occasion in the first fifteen league games.
It created a gap at the top of the table, with the Hoops going into the World Cup break nine points clear.
As quoted by The National, Neil Lennon said:
“The problem he (Michael Beale) has is that Celtic don’t look as though they’re going to lose too many matches, and never mind Celtic – Rangers have been dropping points to Hibs, Livingston, St Johnstone and St Mirren and that has to stop.
“Rangers have left themselves with no room for error because, domestically, Celtic have been imperious. They lost at St Mirren but have won every other game, and some of the football they’ve been playing has been fantastic.”
This year, we’ve seen Celtic come from behind and find last-minute winners to claim all three points. It’s something that’s now expected of Ange Postecoglou’s Celtic after it being a rare occurrence in Lennon’s tenure.
Although, Lennon knows what it’s like to overturn a huge deficit, coming from fifteen points behind to win the league in the 2011/12 season. It’s possible that the same can happen again, but as Neil said, it doesn’t look likely that Celtic will drop many.
