Former Celtic boss Neil Lennon has revealed his desire to return to football management, although his search for the right opportunity has so far proven unsuccessful.

The 53-year-old, who last managed Rapid Bucharest in a brief and turbulent stint, remains hopeful that the right offer will come along while continuing to enjoy his work in the media.
Speaking to Peter Martin on PLZ Soccer, Lennon opened up about his determination to step back into the dugout.
While Lennon didn’t specify the clubs he has been in contact with, he made it clear that he is willing to bide his time until the right project presents itself.
He said: “Looking to get back into management.
“I’ve had a few chats with clubs but the opportunity wasn’t the right one for me.
“I’m enjoying the media side of it as always but I’m looking to get back in and have another crack at it.
“You’ve got to just send your CV in and hope that you get the opportunity to do an interview then.”
In the meantime, Lennon has become a familiar face in football punditry, contributing to broadcasts for Premier Sports and TNT Sports.
Lennon’s managerial resume remains impressive, particularly in Scottish football, where he has won five league titles, two Scottish Cups, and a League Cup during two spells in charge of Celtic. He also enjoyed success in European competitions, including guiding Celtic to a famous Champions League win over Barcelona in 2012.
While Lennon’s immediate future remains uncertain, his ambition to return to management is clear. For now, he continues to keep himself active in football through media appearances, waiting for the right moment to bring his experience and passion back to the touchline.
Fans of Lennon will no doubt be keeping a close eye on his next move, hoping to see him thrive in management once again.
