NEIL LENNON spoke to Sky Sports this morning and he was a happy man as he declared David Turnbull was at Celtic Park ahead of a move to the Parkhead club.

It looked the deal was dead in the water this week with Norwich having a bid accepted for the player. He talked terms with the English club but late on Thursday night a massive change of heart and talks with Celtic seen the player make a dash back to Glasgow and sign for the Scottish Champions.

This transfer saga was started by Motherwell when they openly admitted Celtic had a deal for the player accepted. With everyone knowing the situation, Celtic were forced to let fans know last Friday. they had made Turnbull an offer but the player and his representatives didn’t fancy it.

Since then the club have remained silent but Neil Lennon broke cover this morning to confirm the deal is very much on.
