NEIL LENNON has sent out a defiant message to anyone thinking they can try and refute Celtic’s claim to the title if the season finishes now.
The game was postponed until further notice on Friday afternoon with the situation surrounding Covid-19 getting worse in the UK.
While the government hasn’t taken definitive action both the EPL and SPFL have had no choice but to shut the league down until we’re over the worst of the virus.
Sitting at what would have been his Glasgow Derby pre-match press conference, the Irishman was asked if the season ends now, what should happen. The Celtic manager was defiant and absolutely correct when he referred to Celtic as the Champions.
Celtic boss Neil Lennon says if season ends now “We’d be the champions and rightly so. We’re over 30 games into the season, they’re not going to take that away from us” pic.twitter.com/VodapPa75R

Such is the desperate nature of our pals across the city, you know what they’re going to come out with. Nothing but bluster and bravado.
Hopefully, the season can resume but if not, there was only ever one winner.
