Former Celtic star Christopher Jullien has taken to social media to highlight is weekend reunion with ex-Celtic academy bhoy Karamoko Dembele in France.
Karamoko’s current side Brest took on Christopher Jullien’s new club Montpellier on Sunday in Ligue 1. Jullien’s side came out on top, winning 3-0 on the day.
On Monday, Chris sent a message out on Instagram after meeting and talking to Karamoko before the game.
Karamoko responded to the post with ‘my brother’.
Dembele left the club at the end of last season after his contract came to an end. Despite the hope and hype surrounding the winger, he never managed to make the breakthrough in Glasgow. Since his move to Brest, the winger has only made 1 start and made 13 appearances from the bench.
In contrast, Chris Jullien has made 17 appearances for Montpellier, all from the start.
It’s nice to see the Celtic link at play away from Glasgow. We wish both men well in the rest of their careers.
