Reported Celtic target Valentin Rosier has commented on the speculation surrounding his future.
On Monday, Celtic were credited with putting in an official bid for the right-back, but only after news of Marseille’s interest was known.

The 24-year-old was asked about his future, but specifically about the Marseille interest.
Quoted by RecordSport, the Frenchman said: “The rumour of an arrival at OM? I saw that.
“I was surprised, pleasantly surprised. After I don’t know, my agents are busy. Could OM please me? Yes. It remains one of the biggest clubs in France. Can you refuse OM? I don’t think so”
These comments suggest Rosier is more than keen on a move back to his country with the Ligue 1 side. The price involved in bringing the defender to the club could be a little too much for Celtic [€7m] but they did get a sizeable amount of money for Jeremie Frimpong in January they could utilise if needed.
Celtic badly need a right back but we must make sure whoever we bring in can hit the ground running and wants to be here.
It will be up to Ange Postecoglou to entice players to Celtic and buy into his vision for next season.
Celtic have not had a steady right back since Mikael Lustig, Jeremie was taking the mantle before he left for Bayer Leverkusen but he was much more of an attacking threat than a defender.
