Murty Backtracks – Ibrox Boss Playing Down Tie

GRAEME MURTY has somewhat backtracked on what he and his players were saying last weekend when they were ‘roaring’ about the prospect of playing Celtic.

Murty and his men have been very vocal that they have nothing to fear from Celtic and that they’re ready to make a big impact, however, today in his press conference he suddenly got coy.

He talks about ‘progression’ and plays down how important the game is when last week this week all his players have done is talk the game up.

Is he starting to feel their noise has gone a bit too far?

Scott Brown spoke to Celtic TV yesterday about the motivation he and his players have got from the noise coming from Ibrox since last weekend. The bhoys have been quietly going about their business.
