Former Celtic striker Moussa Dembele is reportedly set for another loan spell at Spanish side Atletico Madrid.
As reported by the Daily Record, according to Foot Mercato, Madrid have been in talks with Dembele’s parent club Lyon, over a possible second loan spell that would see him spend next season at the Wanda Metropolitano.
This also means that it could result in a possible big-money transfer next summer, depending on if Diego Simeone’s side looks to include an option-to-buy in the deal, which seems likely.
Celtic would reportedly be due 10% of the deal and could look to land that money next summer if Dembele can impress in Spain.
Last season he spent the second half of the campaign on loan to the La Liga winners, but his time on the pitch was reduced due to injury problems.
Dembele remains a fans favourite between some sections of the Celtic support, with the 24-year old continuing to show his support for the Hoops around three years after leaving the club.
