Moussa Dembele Hails ‘Electrifying’ Celtic Fans; ‘I felt like a Gladiator’

MOUSSA DEMBELE has taken a trip down Celtic memory lane on social media – responding to CeltsAreHere editor @CraigCelt on Twitter after he posted a video of the Celtic Park Champions League atmosphere.

We’re all getting revved up for the new season with the guarantee we’ll be in the Champions League come September. It’s been a long time since we heard the music at Celtic Park but when it goes off, there’s nothing quite like it.

The video posted was the Celtic vs Manchester City game under Brendan Rodgers back in 2016. The bhoys in green were the first team to take any points of Manchester City that season. The game would be a pulsating, end to end tie that would finish 3-3 on the night.

Moussa grabbed a brace while Kieran Tierney scored the other – I think UEFA marked it down as an own goal, but we’re giving it to Kieran!

Reminiscing about the evening, Moussa branded it a night he will never ever forget.

Celtic fans already can’t wait for the new season. Watching that video back – the roar of the crowd is incredible.

Ange Postecoglou and his team will experience the same when the tournament kicks off. Bring it on.
