MIKAEL LUSTIG has claimed all the pressure will be on his old rivals next season when the ten in a row tilt begins.
The Swede who helped Celtic to eight in a row before moving on is still a huge Celtic supporter and watches the games whenever he can.
With football on the back burner in most countries, we’re hearing from a lot of players past and present quite regularly online and it’s great to hear Mikael still talk the club on a year after his departure.
Asked if the pressure would be on his old club to perform and get ten in a row next term, the full-back flipped it and believes the pressure is on Steven Gerrard to deliver or it’s lights out.
“I think there’s going to be more pressure on the Rangers players next season.” Mikael told SunSport.
“If they’re not going to win next year, they’re probably going to go down as the worst team ever in their history. It’s massive pressure for them.”
“My heart is still with Celtic. It’s been a massive part of my life. The guys have been amazing this season.
“Celtic know how to win. The players know how to win.”

Celtic were relentless chasing nine during the second half of the season and with their rivals in freefall, it could have been one of their most convincing title wins.
The shut down prevented the club from kicking on and adding to their points total.
We’re hoping the bhoys want to go out next term and make sure they better what they did this season.
