IT has emerged in the last few hours that Celtic’s pursuit of Jack Hendry and Scott Bain are very much on. But the latter deal for the goalkeeper seemingly will only be completed if Hibernian can broker a deal with Celtic on Scott Allan.
It’s a tangled web on deadline day. Here is what is happening behind the scenes.
- Celtic want Scott Bain from Dundee who is currently on-loan at Hibernian.
- Dundee want Hibernian forward Simon Murray on-loan.
- Hibs want Celtic’s Scott Allan on-loan or permanent deal who is currently at Dundee.
