LAZIO were beat 2-1 on the night by Celtic as the bhoys kept their top spot in Group E after three games. Celtic went one goal behind but never lost faith they could get back into the game.
Neil Lennon’s men didn’t have their best game but they found a way to win and the rearguard action by Fraser Forster ensured the bhoys would get all three points against the Italian’s.
Celtic supporters created an incredible atmosphere last night as Celtic Park took centre stage during a top night of Europa League football.
After the game, the fans and the supporters celebrated well after the full time whistle. Inside Celtic Park there was a chance meeting for Lucas Leiva and Kenny Dalglish. Both know each other from their days at Liverpool. Sharing a snap outside the changing rooms after the game.

Celtic will now head to Rome in two weeks for the reverse fixture knowing a top performance will be needed to get a result.
