After initial links to Burnley last night, Celtic attacker Mikey Johnston now looks set to complete a move to the English Championship side.
According to journalist Andrew Miller on X, the Ireland internationalist is set to undergo a medical in London this morning ahead of a transfer to Turf Moor.

Johnston is replacing Wilson Odobert in the Clarets’ ranks, the Frenchman recently completing a move to Ange Postecoglou’s Spurs.
It remains to be seen how much Celtic will earn from this deal, but given that the 25-year-old came through the academy ranks, any fee comes in as straight profit.
The news of Johnston’s likely departure comes as Brendan Rodgers continues to clear the decks.
Gustaf Lagerbielke is ‘advancing’ in talks over a loan move to Heerenveen, while the lesser-spotted Yuki Kobayashi has reportedly completed a permanent switch to second-tier Portuguese outfit Portimonense.
Celtic fans will hope this flurry of departures is met with an equal wave of incomings.
18:00 UPDATE
Update: Sheffield United are now interested in the winger.
Celtic could look to use Mikey Johnston in a deal to secure American defender Auston Trusty. This could throw a spanner in the works of Burnely’s deal.
